  • This photo was taken during an afternoon walk through Listvyanka, a wonderful little village stretching for 5 kilometers along the shores of Lake Baikal in eastern Russia. The homes here are mostly the traditional, wooden style of Siberia, with one or two rooms and brightly coloured window frames or elaborately carved shutters.
